i found the location to be excellent with many restaurants nearby. the family room suited four people perfectly. i could see the eiffel tower and notre dame from the windows. i even heard the bells of notre dame.

The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. The room also had a heated towel rack.. a very welcome feature. The staff were very good and helpful. This.
The room was quite dark. There was a lot of heavy drapery used everywhere. I think updating the window treatments would brighten the space.

the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby cafes and shops i found this aspect met my needs.
the room i received looked dated it smelled distinctly of stale air the receptionist i encountered was curt and displayed a dismissive attitude towards my inquiries this lack of attentiveness was disappointing it diminished the overall quality of my stay i had expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
