the location provided easy access to the louvre, the seine, and notre dame. i found the staff helpful, even arranged early coffee at 6:20 am before my departure. breakfasts offered a good, plentiful, and reasonable selection. the staff were clean and professional.
the room was slightly small, but this was manageable for a short stay.

the staffs are friendly and very helpful. the location is good and close to many restaurants and the metro. my room was cleaned daily and i appreciated that. it felt safe and secure.
the elevators are very small, it was hard to fit my luggage inside, but not a big deal.

The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. The room also had a heated towel rack.. a very welcome feature. The staff were very good and helpful. This.
The room was quite dark. There was a lot of heavy drapery used everywhere. I think updating the window treatments would brighten the space.

dated room dismissive attitude
the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby cafes and shops i found this aspect met my needs.
the room i received was dated it smelled distinctly of stale air the receptionist i encountered was curt and displayed a dismissive attitude towards my inquiries this lack of attentiveness was disappointing it diminished the overall quality of my stay i had expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
